Policies Minimum stay required-3 night minimum only in the high season: Easter and Christmas · Smoking is allowed outside only (Several outside areas are graciously provided) · We cannot accommodate guest pets · Children are welcome (Children are welcome and special attention is paid) · Limitations on childcare (Local trusted sitters can be provided) · Consumption of alcohol is permitted (We sell beer, and alcohol) · Deposit amount required (A Major Credit card holds the reservation. 50% Deposit for high season is requested.) · Ask for special check in-check out times · Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 12:00 p.m. · Cancellations: 48 hrs for full refund.
